Attila : Male beauceron/rottweiller cross, born on 2005, large

This handsome dog has only one failing: he doesn’t want to share his home with another male dog. But that’s the way it often is with big dogs. Apart fr om that, Attila is very nice with people, obedient and well trained. This affectionate pooch lived with a family with children until the parents separated, but the refuge prefers to avoid placing these large and powerful dogs in homes with young children. Because of his calm and phlegmatic character Attila can perfectly well live in an apartment – that’s what he’s used to. He’s a good guard dog, and in any case his physique and imposing presence are enough to make an impression. This fine dog knows how to walk on a lead and can come along with you on your walks, always remembering that he’s legally a second-category dog which implies certain constraints, including wearing a muzzle and being on a lead in public, special insurance, a declaration to the mairie, etc. Although Attila is naturally pretty flexible and easy to get along with, he’s looking for a firm and consistent master who is used to handling large breeds with marked characters. Rasta really has the typical Labrador character: well behaved, very sociable with other dogs and without any trace of aggression  she s really a perfect family dog. Rasta was living happily in a house with a garden until her owners moved to a rented apartment. They were ready to keep the good Rasta, but the owner categorically refused to have a dog in the flat. This sort of ban is illegal but many people don t know what to do when confronted with this sort of ultimatum & That s how Rasta found herself at the refuge, a bit lost at having lost her family and her soft customs. Rasta is always ready to play or go for walks, but she s also capable of lying down quietly when there s nothing going on. This very affectionate dog will be the joy of adopters looking for a good family dog.

A strong self-confident dog, Pépère is anything but a grandad: he's more in the style of a bulldozer! This sturdy doggy has difficulty moderating his strength and his energy. Very playful, he gets on very well with children, but in view of his liveliness, it will be necessary to guide and train him. Sociable with other dogs, he lives with several doggies without problems. A well-fenced garden where he can run and play the fool is indispensable for this sporty dog, who's a good guardian, and is waiting for a master ready to put the finishing touches to his training.
